Making a purchase
We have designed our web site so that making a purchase could not be easier. Browse through the catalogue, click on items required, and transfer them to the shopping cart. When you have completed your selection, click on 'order' and enter the details as requested.

Payment
We accept credit/debit payment cards as listed, and all payments are made online.

Shipping/Handling
All UK mainland orders will be subject to a charge of £3.85. Carriage is normally by Royal mail or Securicor, but alternative carriers may be used. Express delivery can be selected, at an additional cost.

Delivery
Orders received before 3:00pm will be despatched same day (working days only) subject to availability.

Back Orders
Items not in stock can be ordered on your behalf, but you will be e-mailed first and given the option to cancel, should the time scale of availability not be suitable.

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software and are only decrypted after they are received. As they are not held in clear text on any web site you are provided with a totally secure online ordering service.

For all orders supplied in the UK, the standard 17.5% tax is added.

Guarantee
All products are supplied with a 30day 'no quibble' guarantee.
After you have received the goods you have a seven-day cancellation period, providing the goods are returned in a re-saleable condition. Collection/courier services, and any restocking charge will be up to a maximum of 20% of the product, this will be the liability of the consumer.
Notice of cancellation must be in writing, by e-mail, fax or letter. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
